Dreams, Buddhas and a wet tipi

Monchique in the rain.

Gene Kelly would have packed his bags and left if he had ventured a winter break in the Algarve. 300 plus days of fun filled sun, sangria and sex... where??? A day out with Uber Woofers, Katie and Rich, a flu filled Owl up to Tipi Algarve suffered the normal soaking whilst trying to help Calvin move his biggest tipi. We did it, helped by Jason and Kay of conciousearth.com, from nearby Silves, a guy with funny hair called Dave and a woofer called Christian, the Alexander McQueen of Austrian clothes (sadly no liderhosen..)

Tea in the rain tastes good. Red wine even better, cyanide probably best, although stayed away from it so I could write this blog (what I do for you readers!)
We did it and his 9m tipi now sits outside his bar, we sat in their house and polished off his wine, beer, food, and sated, somewhat drier waddled home.

Inbetween gaps of rain, we have finished the revamp of the theatre of dreams, got the poles up for the Buddha bar extension and weeded most of the garden. It is starting to look nice, and with the launch of the Green Outdoor Movie Enterprise in May featuring eco movies shown in the new Theatre of Dreams, plans are moving forward.
